About Us

Our Story

From China to the World

26 Years of British Standard Excellence

Founded in 2000, ZHEJIANG TAO'S ELECTRIC CO., LTD. began as a specialised manufacturer of British Standard wiring accessories in Wenzhou, China's electrical capital. Our founder's vision was clear: combine precision Chinese manufacturing with world-class British engineering standards.

Over two decades, we evolved from a local factory to an international brand group with two registered trademarks — Elite Elegance for premium markets and TAOS for value-driven solutions — serving distributors, contractors, and project developers in over 48 countries.

Today, with 20 product ranges, 1,000+ SKUs, and annual export volume exceeding 20 million US dollars, Elite Elegance is the trusted choice for British Standard wiring solutions across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, and beyond.
